Here's how it works... 

STEP 1

WE DESIGN A PLAN FOR YOUR SPACE

I will collect information and work alongside you to design or update your short-term rental space, as well as develop a budget for items like new bedding, pillows, blankets, or any essentials not sourced from local partners that we need to add the finishing touches.

STEP 2

I CREATE A PROSAL WITH ITEMS FROM LOCAL PARTNERS

I will choose items from my local collaborations that align with your design. Most artwork and items will be offered at no charge, as they act as a showcase for the artists. For any items you'd like guests to use during their stay, such as mugs or bowls, these can be purchased from the artist at a reduced price.

STEP 3

WE STAGE YOUR RENTAL & CREATE A BRANDED SHOWROOM PAGE

Once the items receive approval, I will arrange them in your rental and develop a branded showroom page tailored to your space. This offer a shoppable experience for your guests via a QR code during their stay. We'll leverage this to promote both your rental and store on your social media platforms.
